Click and collect services are where you order your goods online, wait about an hour, and then pop along to the shop to pick up your order. You pay online, can often get a better price and you avoid all the hustle and bustle!

So which shops offer a click and collect service?

Comet: Reserve your product online and you can collect your product from any nearby stores (where available) 30 minutes after placing your order. Your order is usually held until the end of the working day.

Currys: Make your order online and then collect in-store from an hour later until the end of the next trading day.

PC World: Collect@Store allows you to see which PC World shops have your product in stock and ask for it to be reserved for you to collect, saving money and time on delivery.

Halfords: Use Reserve and Collect to check if your goods are in stock at your local store. You pay the online price and can collect your order after one hour.

Jessops: Use online discount codes at Jessops, pay the online price and then collect your order with Collect@Store! Follow the link and get 10% off your order until the 24th December 2007.

Argos: Use Argos Check & Reserve to make sure your items are in stock. Items that are in stock will be held in-store for you until the end of the next working day. Remember you only pay the online price.

Game: The Game Click & Collect service is only available on large hardware items and hardware bundles. You must be a reward card holder to take advantage.

Empire Direct: With Empire Direct you can now order & pay online and collect your order from one of their 12 nationwide collection points! These are mainly in the Midlands and North of England so check locality.
