Whilst the last couple of months haven’t been great for many retailers John Lewis are reporting that their sales are up a staggering 27.4% – not bad when you consider that the likes of Debenhams reported a drop in sales, and many other retailers have had to go into administration. The reason for John Lewis’ success has been put down to their pricing policy and attempts to match their rivals.
